Sharon has an advanced degree in social work and leadership experience in multi-state assisted living corporations. She has been a developer, owner and operator of dementia care assisted living communities and has deep expertise as an educator for all levels of staff within the care profession.

Ryan has been in the online education industry for over 12 years, as a Director/VP of Sales for the past 10. As an ongoing student of sales and psychology, his passion comes from teaching and coaching his salespeople on a ‘Socratic’ selling style, and considers it one of his life’s missions to teach people what it truly means to be consultative, and how those skills can translate to other areas of life and business.
