Dennis Rugg is the executive director of the American Red Cross Southwest Washington Chapter. Dennis oversees the day-to-day chapter business, volunteer engagement, community partnerships and fundraising in Pacific, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania and Klickitat counties. As a member of the board of directors for the Southwest Washington Chapter for nine years, he has participated in many aspects of the organization’s service delivery including disaster response, volunteer support, sponsor cultivation and donor stewardship.
Sharon Brothers, MSW brings her years of experience in senior care services to her passion as the founder and CEO of the Institute for Professional Care Education®. Sharon has an advanced degree in social work and leadership experience in multi-state assisted living corporations. She has been a developer, owner and operator of dementia care assisted living communities and has deep expertise as an educator for all levels of staff within the care profession.
Kevin Lambing, Director of Sales and Business Development - National Accounts, for IPCed has over 20 years' experience in sales and marketing, strategic planning and advertising. Most recently, Kevin has brought his education in psychological studies to help his clients in senior care understand their customers and develop training programs that are both highly effective and result oriented.
