Community Care Licensing has recently released their much anticipated implementation plans for new laws taking effect in 2016. During this webinar we will discuss how you can stay in compliance with new disclosure, civil penalty, and appeals requirements.

Topics include:

  • AB1387 that implements new civil penalties for certain serious violations, but fortunately creates a new appeals process that you will want to understand.
