Repeated hospital admissions create emotional disruption and decreased quality of life for the client. Providers must understand these impacts, as well as the additional significant financial, community and family implications to repeated admissions.

In Part 3 of the series Dr. Wright will focus on the most common diseases that cause frequent hospital admissions.

She will help you develop processes for focused prevention of readmission for these specific illnesses and disease categories at greatest risk. Join us for a very practical webinar, especially for the non-clinical provider.
