Sales and Marketing Certification

This 20 hour course is designed to prepare the individual for work in the field of sales and marketing in health care or senior care or services. This course begins with the foundational principles of marketing and how to ensure ethics in all aspects of sales and marketing.

Students will learn how to create a marketing mission statement, marketing plans and how to generate traffic and leads. Sales skills such as active listening and closing skills will also be taught. Students will learn the psychology of selling and how to use these principles in a senior or health care setting.
