Is online training for me?

Adults all over the world are turning to online learning as a way to gain new skills and knowledge in a way that works for them. Online education offers:

Flexibility: Class is in session when you choose it to be – not on our schedule.

Respect: The old days of online education being considered 2nd class is just plain history. Today, nearly every respected school and University in the country offers some form of online education. It’s also the fastest growing form of education today.

Relevance: Don’t get stuck listening to boring teachers or watching out-dated videos. Today’s online education is interactive, engaging, and easy to follow.

Simplicity: You don’t need to be a computer whiz to learn online today. Instructions are simple, and help is just a call or click away. Even if you’ve never taken an online class before, you’ll find IPCed’s classes easy to navigate. They’re designed with your success in mind.

For success learning online you simply need to be prepared to:

  • Schedule your own learning. It’s helpful if you’re self-directed and motivated, because no one will be pushing you to attend class, or marking you absent when you miss a day or two;

  • Spend as many hours completing your online course as the course description indicates. IPCed’s courses are comprehensive. You won’t be able to skip over content and still pass the final test or really learn the material;

  • Read English and understand spoken English. You can use a personal or online translator and you can work at your own pace to be sure you understand the course content;

  • Pass section quizzes and a final test (you may retake quizzes until you pass);

  • Have a commitment to improving your personal and professional skills;

  • Have an interest in gaining new job-seeking advantages.
