Healthcare Merger: Medifecta Healthcare Training Becomes a Division of Institute for Professional Care Education
Medford, OR, June 23, 2012 — On May 5th, 2012 Medifecta Healthcare Training became a division of the Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCed), a national training and certification company that specializes in health and senior care education. IPCed’s training brands now include Medifecta, aQuire Training Solutions, EasyCEU Inc. and CarePro, a state-specific initial caregiver certification program.
Medifecta will continue to provide high-quality, award-winning educational materials to trainers in the home care, government and family caregiver markets. In addition, Medifecta’s merger with the Institute for Professional Care Education opens up a variety of additional available content for trainers. These include online self directed learning, curriculum-based and video-based training programs as well as blended training programs offered in partnership with community colleges and other training centers.
The varied educational resources available through the Institute for Professional Care Education can help trainers meet state regulations and supply training for entry-level certification in the health and senior care industry. IPCed has resources that support both family and professional caregivers.
“We’re very pleased that Medifecta is now part of the IPCed family,” said IPCed CEO Sharon Brothers. “Medifecta’s wonderful DVDs and curriculums give us even more great educational resources to offer those who train care professionals and family caregivers.”
