Sharon

Sharon K. Brothers, MSW

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Sharon brings over thirty years’ experience in senior care services to her passion as the founder and CEO of IPCed.

Sharon has an advanced degree in social work and leadership experience in multi-state Assisted Living corporations. She has been a developer, owner and operator of dementia care assisted living communities and has deep expertise as an educator for all levels of staff within the care profession.

Sharon has also been involved in voluntary community organizations including facilitating support groups for families and serving on Area Agency on Aging advisory boards.

Ryan Brooks

Ryan Brooks

Vice President of Sales

Ryan has been in the online education industry for over twelve years, as a Director/VP of Sales for the past ten. As an ongoing student of sales and psychology, his passion comes from teaching and coaching his salespeople on a ‘Socratic’ selling style that helps to ensure sales results and client satisfaction. He has personally trained over 100 sales, service and management professionals what it truly means to be consultative, and how those skills can translate to other areas of life and business.

Like many of IPCed’s clients and students, Ryan was attracted to the senior care industry in part by his own family’s experiences and need for care.

Cynthia McDaniel

Cynthia McDaniel, MSN RN

Lead Nurse Instructor

Cynthia ensures that IPCed's training programs represent best practices in care today. She has an extensive background in clinical care systems, regulatory compliance, program development, and nursing education. Cynthia previously worked as Director of Clinical Operations at Regency Pacific Management, Assistant Professor at Oregon Health and Science University School of Nursing, and as a Nurse Consultant for the State of Oregon's Aging and People with Disabilities Division. Cynthia earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University.

Tami Bringman

Tami Bringman, MBA

Controller

Tami brings ten years of corporate accounting experience to the team including vast experience with managerial reporting, process improvements and implementation of cost savings initiatives. She holds a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Bachelors degree in Accounting from George Fox University.

Norm Davis

Developmental Disabilities Leader

Past principal and developmental disabilities practice leader at Mercer Human Services Consulting, LLC., and Washington State director of developmental disabilities, Norm is currently Senior Partner at Davis Deshaies LLC which has provided strategic planning, reimbursement rate setting, and individual allocation assessment tool development and implementation support to over twenty state developmental disabilities and Medicaid agencies. Norm has consulted in a number of states on Medicaid Home & Community-based Services waiver design as well as conducted market trend analyses and provider readiness reviews.

Vicki

Vicki McNealley

Industry Expert

Vicki McNealley is a registered nurse who has served many roles in the long term care continuum over the years. Beginning her career in the nursing home world, she quickly transitioned to her true passion: education. Working as a nursing instructor at a community college, she began developing and implementing curricula for the college. Years later she became an assisted living facility surveyor for the State of Washington, where she gained experience in the inspection and complaint investigation process in both assisted livings and adult family homes; she also spent some time working in the training unit there where she monitored community trainers for DSHS.
